Del Corral Téllez Marina
Marina del Corral Téllez is the Managing Director of CEAPs (Business Employers for Care Services), a Spanish organization that provides services for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
Prior to her current position, she held various roles in both the public and private sectors. She served as the Secretary General of Immigration and Emigration in Spain from January 2012 to June 2018, where she was part of the Justice and Home Affairs European Councils, represented Spain at mirgation forums, participated in the negotiations of Mobility Partnership Agreements between the EU and migrant sending countries, such as Morocco. Additionally, she was involved in the development of EU directives related to migration flows, including the Seasonal Workers Directive, the Intra Corporate Transferee Directive, and the Students Directive. She also played a direct role in the implementation of the EU's refugees relocation program in response to the Syrian conflict.
In the private sector, she worked as an associate lawyer at the Spanish Law Firm Cuatrecasas, specializing in European, Competition, and Corporate law. She also served as the General Counsel for Spain of the multinational pharmaceutical company Sanofi (now Sanofi Aventis) from 1992 to 2000.
She holds a law degree from the University of Granada and a Master's Degree in European Law from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Management and Administration of Foundations and Non-profit Organizations at New York University's School of Continuing Studies. Additionally, she has completed the Executive Business Management Program (PADE) from IESE Business School at Navarra's University.
In addition to her role at CEAPs, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Rovi, S.A., an IBEX 35 listed company. With her extensive experience and education, she continues to make significant contributions to the field of service provision for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
