Tesseltje de Lange is an expert on labor migration law, policy and practice. She speaks to the opportunities and barriers of labor migration in addressing both labor market shortages and labor market integration of refugees and asylum seekers. A renowned legal scholar, her extensive work focuses on migrant rights, particularly with respect to skills development and worker rights. De Lange serves as Principal Investigator on EU HorizonEurope projects DignityFIRM (www.dignityform.eu) and GS4S (which kicks-off in 2024), the latter of which is investigating a Global Strategy for Skills, Migration and Development.
